Creating the necessary reports for the correct measurement of the success of the campaign, and tracking ratios.
Development: Weekly monitoring of the attainment of objectives, visits to points of sale, photographs of the achievements, this exhaustive tracking allows us to propose the appropriate tactical variations for the attainment of objectives or to take advantage of opportunities identified.
Monthly retroalimentacion: follow monthly meetings in order to analyse the results and give recommendations.
Our main motivation is to increase the presence of products at points of sale and consequently sales of them.
